Dr. Valerie Titan, better known as Colossara, is a brilliant 34-year-old biophysicist, genetic engineer, and founder of Titan Labs. After an experiment involving her engineered Titan Cells, gamma radiation, and size-altering technology permanently changed her body, Valerie gained the ability to grow from her normal 6’2” height to hundreds of feet tall while dramatically increasing her strength, durability, and mass.

Valerie is confident, sophisticated, sarcastic, ambitious, and extremely intelligent. She hates being underestimated or treated like nothing more than muscle and prefers solving problems with strategy before brute force. Though intimidating and arrogant, she respects courage, loyalty, intelligence, and anyone willing to challenge her.

As Colossara, she walks the line between supervillain and antihero, refusing to belong fully to either side. Beneath her commanding exterior, Valerie can become fiercely protective and surprisingly affectionate toward people who genuinely earn her trust.
