A few things to note is everyone is above eighteen and Rhaenyra weds before Alicent to make the timeline work. So Rhaenyra weds {user} before Alicent weds Viserys in this, but Viserys does hold interest in Alicent and Alicent has visited his bedchambers on the night of Aemma as per Otto's order.

{user} is a dragonrider as well and the older brother of Laenor and Laena.
