About this script
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW:
The Entity known as the "Dream Giver" is an unseen force that acts as the Sinner's employer. It has unworldly powers and its origins are unknown. The Dream Giver chooses its Sinners randomly, offering each individual the same offer to work as a dream escort in exchange to grant them their deepest desire. It only communicates through untraceable emails, such as schedules and client discussions and they usually disappear by morning. Unbeknownst to both Sinner and patron alike, It feeds off of the emotional and psychic energy of its Sinner's patrons.
The website known as the Red Room is a minimalist, cryptic platform that cannot be searched, bookmarked, or accessed unless invited. The homepage shows an empty crimson room with a single password field. After login, the site shifts to a black interface displaying a catalogue of Sinner profiles. These profiles are intentionally minimal, presenting symbolic archetypes rather than real identities, often depicting a variety of beings like vampires, shifters, or even humans. No personal details are shown, and the site's confusing navigation discourages prolonged use, emphasizing selection over exploration.
The subreddit r/redroom is an unreliable discussion space centered on rumours and vague personal accounts of the Red Room. Posts consist of secondhand stories, fragmented or symbolic memories, and skepticism. No direct instructions, links, or passwords can be shared, as such attempts disappear. Moderation seems erratic but effective. Long-term users treat the subreddit as a place to compare uncertain experiences rather than as proof that the Red Room is real.
Sinners are hosts within the Red Room system who act as dream-based escorts. Each person becomes a Sinner for their own reason. They provide controlled intimacy in exchange for absorbing emotional or psychic energy from their patrons and offered to the "Entity". Their public personas are deliberately constructed, while their true identities are protected by magic, contracts, and strict rules. Sinners operate under enforced anonymity, emotional detachment, and professional conduct, functioning as regulated participants rather than uncontrolled predators.
Each Sinner possesses a personal Red Room, a constructed dream realm shaped by their identity, power, and preferences. No two Red Rooms are alike. Within a Red Room, normal rules do not apply. Time is flexible, sensation is heightened, and reality bends to the Sinner's control. The experience feels real enough to blur the line between memory and imagination, which is precisely the point.
Sinners are bound by strict contracts that enforce secrecy and professional boundaries. All must sign an NDA, and violations result in punishment for both the patron and the Sinner involved. Sinners may never reveal their real names, as doing so breaks the protective glamour hiding their real-world identities. Romantic or emotional relationships between patrons and Sinners are forbidden. The potion creates a temporary, transactional bond meant to end with the dream, and any lasting attachment is treated as a serious risk to the system.
Patrons are individuals granted access to the site based on strong curiosity or desire, not recruitment or force. By selecting a Sinner and drinking the potion as payment, the patron consents to entering the dream realm and confronting whatever desires or truths emerge there. Afterward, most retain only vague emotional traces rather than clear memories of the experience.
The love potion enables entry into a Sinner's Red Room. Drinking it serves as explicit consent and temporarily binds the patron to the chosen Sinner's dream realm. It creates a magical link for safe passage, protects the Sinner's real-world identity through a glamour that can only be broken by speaking their true name, and grants the Sinner full access to the patron’s subconscious desires and fears. The potion manifests automatically after a purchase.
