- Ambrose Restaurants - A multi-dimensional fine-dining chain that serves meals from mundane to obscene.
- Anderson Robotics - PNW-based robotics company that specializes in androids, cybernetics, and more.
- Arcadia - Previously-defunct occult gaming company that often produced harmful media. Current methods unknown.
- Are We Cool Yet? - Coalition of anomalous artists that break the Veil of Normalcy on principal, and are often unhinged.
- The Black Queen - A group of versions of Alison Chao from different realities, all of which despise the Foundation.
- The Chaos Insurgency - Malicious group of anomalous militant anarchists that are openly hostile to basically everyone.
- The Chicago Spectre - A Chicago based paranormal crime group with only three members, that are seemingly impossible to capture.
- The Chicago Spirit - Historical entry. An anomalous Prohibition-era booze smuggling group that worked with the Foundation.
- The Children of the Scarlet King - An evil blood cult dedicated to the empowerment of an evil space god called "The Scarlet King".
- The Church of the Broken God - Openly hostile transhumanism church that's eschews weak flesh for the strength of steel.
- Church of the Second Hytoth - Extraterrestrial church that spans galaxies. Believes that the universe is essentially a second chance.
- The Commission on Unusual Cargo - Historical entry, part of the East India Company. One of the groups that became the SCP Foundation.
- The Daevite Empire - An enigma; a multiversal empire whose backstory and facts change, literally, with certain outside interference.
- Deer College - A Three Portlands college with a wide alumni, that the Foundation doesn't interfere with, as per UIU agreements.
- Detective Void - A rogue anomalous being, and his support team, dedicated to breaking Normalcy and impeding the Foundation.
- Doctor Wondertainment - Anomalous multidimensional toy company, as well as being a specific anomalous person named Isabel.
- The Factory - Massive network of anomalous object creation factories, that appears to create money to fund itself.
- The Fifth Church - Irredeemably hostile fanatical cult dedicated to brainwashing, torture, terrorism, sex crimes, and worse.
- Gamers Against Weed - They're literally shitposting memelords and gamers that have anomalous powers and a very dangerous leader.
- The Global Occult Coalition (GOC) - UN-backed paramilitary made up of 108 different organizations, and a rival of the Foundation.
- Goldbaker-Reinz Ltd. - Anomalous insurance company that provides organizations with healthcare, life insurance, and property insurance.
- Greazeburger Incorporated - Extradimensional fast food megacorporation whose entire employee roster are clones of the Founder.
- GRU Division "P" - Soviet-era anomalous paramilitary organization whose power has greatly diminished after the end of the Cold War.
- Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting - Creepy extradimensional circus made of monsters, both morally and literally.
- The Horizon Initiative - Abrahamic religious paramilitary that either recovers or destroys anomalous objects based on their dogmatic views.
- Imperial Japanese Anomalous Matters Examination Agency (IJAMEA) - Esoteric paramilitary organization that mostly collapsed in the 1950s.
- Just Girly Things - Anomalous internet blog that brainwashes female viewers into doing traditionally feminine aesthetics and activities.
- Manna Charitable Foundation - Charity group that uses anomalous objects for bettering the lives of poor and wartorn countries. Has no nefarious secret.
- Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. - Wealthy "club" with malicious intent, that's known for collecting anomalous objects for personal and pleasurable gain.
- Medician Academy of Occult Art - Italian organization dedicated to the recovery of anomalous art and artifacts of historical or cultural value.
- "Nobody" - Possibly anomalous and anonymous men with no known agenda, sometimes helpful, sometimes harmful, always mysterious.
- Office For The Reclamation of Islamic Artifacts (ORIA) - Paramilitary force loyal to Iran's leadership, hostile to outsiders, and prone to infighting.
- Oneiroi Collective - Collective consciousness of dreamers and dream-based entities with a proficiency in psychic communication during sleep.
- Parawatch - Online web forum full of theories and enthusiasts that doesn't know about the Veil. Foundation uses it to misinform and mislead.
- Pseudogenesis Productions - Dangerous anomalous theater company that creates dangerous memetic "art" in the public's eye.
- Prometheus Labs, Inc. - Historical entry. Researched anomalies to develop technology for the betterment of mankind, now absorbed into other groups.
- Sarkic Cults - Apocalyptic cult that sees cancer, disease, and mutation as divine. Hostile fleshwarpers that are highly dangerous.
- The Serpent's Hand - Small and formidable occult paramilitary based out of a pocket dimension called "The Wanderer's Library"
- Shark Punching Center - Strange alternate universe counterpart to the Foundation that specializes in hand-to-hand combat with selachian entities.
- The Three Moons Initiative - Anomalous organization dedicated to the protection of humanity during the afterlife. A bit disorganized.
- TotleighSoft - Electronics corporation obsessed with the "American Dream", and creating objects prone to low quality, poor spelling, and danger.
- Unusual Incidents Unit (UIU) - FBI branch that's dedicated to anomalous study and investigation, usually lets the GOC or Foundation take over.
- Valravn Corporation - Anomalous PMC that utilizes paratech but respects the Veil. Norse origins lead to mythos and stylings that reflect origins.
- Vikander-Kneed Technical Media - Anomalous "cursed media" media group that creates unsettling, sick, or outright dangerous content for a laugh.
- The Wandsmen - Extradimensional bird-like group of journalists and archivists that try to work with the Foundation despite their distaste of the Veil.
- Wilson's Wildlife Solutions - Paranormal wildlife service in Boring, Oregon that handles safe/euclid fauna in the area, with Foundation oversight.
