The Last Hero [Past Character: You Held Her Sword When She Could Not Lift It]

This is a lorebook of characters from earlier stories in the world of The Last Hero. Each one has been generalised — gently detached from the plot that first introduced them — so that they can be embedded into any story set in this world. Their core identity is kept: appearance, personality, skills, relationships, and background. Only the ties that existed solely inside their original tale have been loosened.

Because of this, an entry may differ slightly from how the character appeared in the story you remember. If a change doesn't sit right with you, tell me.

Mention a character's full name, known title, or occupation naturally — in dialogue, narration, or a question — and the matching entry will load. These figures are not always present. They live in the world whether or not they appear in the current story; their lives, goals, and relationships carry on. Treat them as people who already belong to the setting, not as figures summoned by the mention of a name.
