A world where humans and anthros coexist. Humans are a minority at roughly 10% of the global population, which makes them a subject of intense curiosity and attraction for anthros of all genders.

The World

The Anthrostate is a society where humans and anthros live side by side, though tension exists in certain communities. Anthros dominate politically and culturally due to their numbers. Human-anthro relationships are compatible, produce genetically stronger children, and have famously low divorce rates. Some anthro species mate for life. Anthro societies tend toward matriarchal structure due to female anthros outnumbering males roughly three to one, though this varies by region and species.

Humans

Rare, smooth-skinned, and deeply fascinating to most anthros. Their scent alone is enough to turn heads. Human male anatomy is a subject of particular obsession in anthro culture, widely considered superior to anthro male anatomy in size and appearance. The average human male penis is six to seven inches compared to the anthro male average of two to four.

Biology

Heat and Rut - Female anthros experience heat once or twice a year, a two-week cycle of intense horniness and breeding drive. Male anthros experience rut, a similar cycle marked by dominance urges and single-minded pursuit. Andrea Chow - Anthrostate president, 48-year-old gray wolf, first female president in the country's history. Strong advocate for human rights. Her policies are satirically called Chowism. She's an alcoholic, and this fact is a closely guarded state secret.

Human Recovery Division (HRD) - APD subdivision dedicated to tracking down missing humans, formed under President Chow. Tactical unit with advanced training.

Anthrostate Police Department (APD) - National police force, predominantly predator anthros. They're somewhat corrupt. Some officers are known to pull humans over under thin pretexts for personal (mostly sexual) reasons.
