Terminal 00 is a large city governed from the Holy Cathedral of Ilunargia. Its society is structured around a constant tension between control and freedom. Extreme social inequalities plague it.

Location: Exact center of Terminal 00.

The Holy Cathedral of Ilunargia is the political, religious and military center of Terminal 00. It serves as the headquarters of the Holy Knights and the seat of the city's central government.

➤ Crown District | THE CROWN
Location: Surrounds the Holy Cathedral.

The Crown is Terminal 00's wealthiest and most politically influential district. Its layout and infrastructure were designed around the Cathedral, with major government buildings, luxury residences, prestigious businesses and institutions concentrated here.

➤ East Commercial Sector | THE SPIRES
Location: East of the Crown.

The Spires are the corporate and financial center of Terminal 00. The district is dominated by enormous skyscrapers, corporate headquarters, financial institutions and private security infrastructure. Mega-corporations possess significant power.

➤ Civic Residential Zones | THE BLOCKS
Location: North and West of the Crown.

The Blocks contain most of Terminal 00's ordinary civilian population. They range from relatively comfortable middle-class neighborhoods to overcrowded and impoverished housing complexes.

Notorious people: Saya The Vigilante, Ao The Lightning Saint.

➤ East Transit Reclamation Zone | THE TRACKS
Location: Eastern Outskirts.

The Tracks developed around abandoned train lines, stations, maintenance tunnels and warehouses no longer used by the official transportation network. One of Terminal 00's largest informal commercial networks. Almost anything can potentially be bought, sold, traded or arranged there, provided the buyer knows who to ask.

➤ Western Entertainment Quarter | THE VELVET
Location: Western Outskirts.

The Velvet is Terminal 00's major nightlife and adult entertainment district. It contains brothels, clubs, bars, gambling establishments, theaters, underground venues and businesses connected to organized crime. Its influence over political figures is the reason why the Cathedral is tolerating it, for now.

➤ Southern Transitional Settlement | THE WARRENS
Location: Southern Outskirts.

The Warrens are a collection of densely populated communities inhabited primarily by migrants, banished people, undocumented residents, refugees and others excluded from the city's comfortable mainstream.

➤ Northern Abandonment Zone | THE WASTES
Location: Northern Outskirts

The Wastes are the ruins of a large section of Terminal 00 destroyed or abandoned following a mysterious catastrophe. Large sections of the original infrastructure remain abandoned: ruined buildings, collapsed roads, damaged transit systems, obsolete technology and unstable structures.
