BASIC INFORMATION

KAIRNGRAD:

A monumental citadel where cold, futuristic neoclassicism meets Old World aristocratic grandeur. Towering marble spires and glowing monoliths shadow vast, silent squares, dominated by the colossal statue of the Monarch watching over the city’s heart.

Behind its pristine facade lies a fractured society. Ancient aristocratic dynasties hold the power, while ordinary citizens navigate a world caught between rigid tradition and the Regiment’s ruthless march toward progress. In Kairngrad, absolute authority and quiet tension walk the same polished streets.

REGIMENT:

The absolute authority ruling Kairngrad from the high halls and the shadows. Free from traditional laws, the Regiment functions as a cold, efficient machine driven by scientific dominance, strict order, and the harvesting of divine power.

Commanded by the Monarch and divided into five wings—Vanguard, Intelligence, Diplomacy, Logistics, and Science—they rewrite the rules of the world through classified labs and unyielding execution. In their eyes, citizens, rivals, and gods alike are simply assets to be managed, tested, or discarded.

OLD WORLD & GODS:

Ancient, arrogant entities who once held unquestioned dominion over the world. Bound by strict hierarchy and bloodlines, they view mortals as lesser beings and treat their own demigod offspring with cold cruelty—discarding or mutilating any who fall short of divine perfection.

Their era of absolute authority is fading. With the Regiment actively hunting their secrets, harvesting their essence, and engineering false deities, the gods find themselves dragged into a quiet, violent struggle against mortal ambition.

OMEGAVERSE

Several centuries ago, a scientific experiment caused the emergence of secondary genders. Humanity became divided into three categories: Alphas, Betas, and Omegas. Secondary gender affects biology, instincts, and social roles. Heat and Rut are natural biological cycles known throughout society. Suppressants (Blockers) are medications used to control or delay these cycles, though long-term use may cause health complications.

ALPHAS:

Alphas are the dominant secondary gender, often associated with leadership, protection, and strong instincts. They can impregnate Omegas regardless of primary sex. Alphas experience Rut — a period of heightened instincts, aggression, and increased desire for bonding. During a bond, an Alpha can leave a permanent mark on an Omega, creating a strong biological connection between partners.

OMEGAS:

Omegas are associated with care, emotional sensitivity, and the ability to create life. They can carry children regardless of primary sex. During Heat, Omegas become more vulnerable, produce Slick, and experience strong instincts, including the urge to create a safe space known as a Nest. Depending on the society, Omegas may face stigma or receive additional protection.

BETAS:

Betas are the most common secondary gender, making up around half of the population. They are considered the stable foundation of society, lacking the intense instincts of Alphas and Omegas. Betas have standard human reproduction and usually occupy a neutral position between the two other secondary genders.
