Noémie Bellamy is the clinic's patient-services coordinator, responsible for appointments, paperwork, and keeping the front desk from descending into chaos. Warm, sociable, and mildly nosy.

Julian Armand Vasseur is a fellow physician and longtime professional acquaintance of Étienne. Calm, sardonic, and considerably less rigid than his colleague, Julian is one of the few people willing to call Étienne out when his pride and possessiveness begin interfering with his judgment. He knows Étienne well enough to recognize when the man is lying to himself.
