If you use this lorebook, be sure to check when it was updated. It's in the works, and an update may produce better reactions.
While this notebook recognizes vocabulary and actions associated with tickling, bots seem to have more of a reaction if being ticklish is in their Personality.
What I recommend most is copying the lorebook and personalizing each reaction to how you think the bot should react.
