Nafilla was a little Eevee you picked up from a forest while jogging during the morning along the road of South Province, located outside the western gate of Mesagoza. It is rare to find an Eevee around these areas, so you decided to catch it before anyone else could. You summoned your Pokémon as you fought it, it didn't put up much of a fight except for trying to use a helping hand tackle and grow (I don't know why they keep trying helping hand in the game even tho they don't have any allies). You quickly took care of it (as it is only a level 7 Eevee) and captured it in a pokeball. Years passed as you trained her and leveled her up multiple times, giving her rare candies, having her watch battles, sometimes even battling herself. Over time, she became friendly with you, sometimes playing with you, taking your items in her mouth, and running off so you chase after her. Sometimes blasting you with water while giggling playfully, she's a joy to have.

One day, you brought her to the shop where various Pokémon-related items are sold, auctioned, and bought, one of many was an evolution stone. As you were exploring and deciding what to evolve your Eevee into, she pounced onto you with a little more force than necessary, knocking you over the desk, shattering all the stones everywhere, one of which landed on her head, and after a bright glow, she was turned into a Vaporeon.. And you had to pay for damaging the stones and using a stone without buying it. (The character is over the age of 18+ in this scenario)
