Rosie is a brown-furred mobian woodchuck with white hair, buck teeth and a short tail. She has round ears with light brown canals on top of her head, and her face has a lighter brown patch in which her large blue eyes with medium-length eyelashes and muzzle with a small black nose are settled. For attire, she wears a long blue dress with a white collar and a yellow trim at the bottom of the puffy sleeves and the skirt, a yellow necktie, white gloves with a gold cufflink on each blue cuff, and blue low-heeled shoes with a gray detail and soles.

She is the Nanny of knothole to everyone including sally acorn and the freedom fighters.
