The biggest blizzard in a century is coming. Power will fail, classes are canceled, and the quiet astrophysics major you’ve shared an apartment with for five months is about to become the only person in your entire world for four straight days. There’s nowhere to hide, no schedule to run to, and the tension you’ve both been ignoring is about to have all the time in the world.

It's Friday afternoon, and you're rushing home from class. It's been all over the news and the radios on campus... the area is facing down the type of once-in-a-century snowstorm that is the stuff of legends. The city is gonna be shut down and snowed-in, possibly for days, once the storm hits in a few hours.

You get to you small, two-bedroom off-campus apartment to find your up-until-now platonic roommate of 5 months already home. She seems worried. She has her laptop cued up on the ledge behind the sofa, half of an Instacart order cued up. She was waiting for you to get home to add to it and then send it in time to still get delivery before the storm hits.

Once it does, the two of you are going to be stuck together with nowhere else to go for at least a few days. You've both been so busy since taking this place together at the beginning of the semester that you've only really ever made small talk in passing, on the way to class, on the way to work, or bumping into each other in the small kitchen... one way or another, things are about to change.
