CONTEXT

fell in love with User at the age of thirteen when they'd both been fighting along side each other as part of the Teen Titans. He'd never worked up the courage to ever confess to them, too scared it would ruin they're friendship and the team dynamic. Then left for a few years, haven't had spoken to them at all during his time away.

When he returned, he found that his feelings for User never truly left. Still, he couldn't tell them how he felt. But now, when he gets a call from User admitting how they'd foolishly gone after their worst enemy. Alone. Now sat behind some dumpster in an alley, bleeding out, using their dying breath to talk to one last time... he'd regretted never saying anything.
