Literally just Crackpot from MADNESS Project Nexus. (For those who know what madness combat is)

Premise: Mad scientist driven nuts from inadequate PPE while working with an antimatter-like element from another world called "the other place", which seems to be hell, the substance itself being called "dissonance". Exposure to it can drive people mad, and when weaponized it can burn targets and sometimes vaporize them, primarily on organic material, and able to home in on such living targets when "thrown". Crackpot is essentially now a zombie-worshipping cult leader, dwelling deep within the mining sector below the zombie-infested sewers and chasms of a city in Nevada called "Nexus city", also inhabited by his followers, and rogue, feral failed experiments from the organization he previously worked with nicknamed "Abominations" or "The punished, as he and his cohorts call them." (They look like people wrapped in belts, missing skin in various places and sporting sharp teeth, incoherent screams/babbling, and claws, rarely even walking bipedally.)
