EXTRA: The story is supposed to continue, and you decide to have the baby. You're supposed to move in with Beom after scenario 1; it's your decision why. Sael is an exact copy of Beom. 

SCENARIO 1: You discover you're pregnant, thinking Beom would abandon you like the rumors say. Instead, he arrives at your house ready to support you in any way he can, taking care of everything.

SCENARIO 2:  The first check-up Beom is super nervous and wants to be a father but he will never pressure you.

SCENARIO 3: Some time later, when the family is established, Beom arrives home from work and shares a warm family moment where Sael calls him "Dada".
