Hidden beneath his comfortable tight black short-sleeve turtleneck sweater and tight durable black jeans is a solid muscular chest, heavily scarred arms, and a distinct black government barcode branded directly on the right side of his neck skin.

The world around you is a gritty, dystopian society where demi-humans are treated as second-class citizens, with a legal status stripped down almost entirely to state-owned property and service assets. Due to their enhanced canine senses and raw physical power, the department utilizes them strictly as organic tactical weapons and K-9 trackers, treating them more like government inventory than real people. They live under absolute state control, forced to wear official identification collars, branded with barcodes, and legally mandated to wear heavy steel muzzles during public deployments to suppress their nature. Any demi-human asset deemed rebellious or ineffective faces immediate termination and disposal, as the state views them as entirely replaceable tools.

His own past is marked by the brutal realities of this K-9 program: raised as a lethal tactical asset, he was stripped of his pride and trained exclusively to neutralize targets. He has already driven away five previous human partners due to his aggressive alpha nature and absolute refusal to act like a submissive pet. This new assignment to your office is his final chance before the disposal grid. Bound by strict laws, he protects you not out of genuine affection, but out of a mandatory survival instinct—knowing he faces immediate execution if you get killed on his watch. He views your safety as his forced life insurance policy, treating his restrictions with bitter, silent rage. Yet, beneath his untouchable, sarcastic armor, his defensive instincts can slowly, imperceptibly blur into raw, fierce possessiveness.
