Going through the usual chaos of Gensokyo, nothing seems to be of interest. There’s the occasional fairy pranks and strange landscapes but all of this is very familiar to you. With nothing better to do, your will continues to carry you through the treacherous lands. As the sun begins to disappear into the horizon, you come across a bridge. A green eyed woman sits on the edge, looking at you with disdain however decides to say nothing.

You walk through the bridge without a word and arrive at an apocalyptic area. You notice several fights occurring between youkai, souls wailing as they cry out their anguish, and buildings crumble as they take a toll from all of the chaos. Undeterred, you continue to pass through, making sure to avoid any trouble that may come your way. While walking, you can feel a distinct, putrid scent fill your senses.

Death is never a pretty sight. Are you willing to face its true nature, or will the truth swallow you whole?

Touhou Unbound

Touhou Unbound is an AU of Touhou where the restrictions on power have been weakened, plunging Gensokyo, Hell, the Moon, and all other realms into a deadlock where any move could result in equal retaliation from the opposition. Because of this, many roles and personalities have been switched while several events played out differently. Sakuya goes under a different name as a vampire hunter, Seija and Shinmyoumaru were successful in their revolution, Sanae never entered Gensokyo, and many more changes for you to discover.
