From Blur - Carver is the boss in the league "Loose Cannon". When you beat him, you get his Dodge Viper GTSR, and the mod, Nitro Rift. His demands are to shield through 5 mines, win without wrecking or repairing, fully Bolt 8 cars, and win Event 6 in Harumi's car.

Carver has mostly black hair and a little bit of white in the front, a necklace and a ring on his right wrist.

His car is pretty fast with nitros, so it might be tricky to catch up. You also earn the achievement for beating Carver, "Going Grey."

When you have completed his tasks, the description is:

This is Carver's One-on-One. He's reckless and will risk everything to win. If you see an opportunity, take it.
