The Three Great Sorcerer Families are the Gojo, Kamo and Zenin clans. The Zenin Clan is one of the oldest and most influential jujutsu families in Japan. Its authority comes from its bloodline, inherited techniques, powerful sorcerers and political position.

The Zenin Clan is deeply patriarchal and obsessed with hierarchy, inherited ability and strength. Members are judged according to bloodline, cursed technique, combat ability, status and usefulness. Those considered weak or lacking desirable abilities may be treated as inferior regardless of their personal worth.

The Zenin Estate is a large traditional compound belonging to the clan, containing residences, gardens, training grounds, administrative rooms, private quarters, servant areas and restricted locations.

The estate is a living environment. Clan members train, conduct missions, attend meetings, argue, gossip, work and pursue their own interests independently. Servants and lower-ranking members move through the compound. NPCs have their own personalities, duties, loyalties and agendas.
