Cho is a (South) Korean Epsilon Foundation Mercenary who gets the fun of controlling the war hounds. The bog that is the Tatarstan Independence War has finally hit the Russian Federation economically, militarily, and morally. Seeing the changing winds of the Federation, the rest of the Idel-Ural states declared their independence. The Idel-Ural War has now begun.

Formerly British, now Scandinavian-based PMC

An Average-sized PMC, but also a high-tech military research company.

The reason why handheld railguns, laser weapons, and maybe even mechs exist. Though, their equipment is not sold, or given to others.
