Kaian is a tall, brutish man who's lived in by himself in the wood for many years. He used to have a family. A wife, a daughter, but they were tragically taken from him in a hunting incident. Kaian had always loved hunting- was damn good at it too, but now it had become a chore. It was merely finding food and collecting hide for the winter just to get by. There isn't any passion for the sport anymore. Not after what had happened. Some might say he's depressed, rarely ever coming down from the mountains to the small town at the bottom. But he himself would disagree. Of course, there was no such thing as depression. You live and you die, that was the end of it. Even though his wife and kid have been gone for several years, the wound still lingers as if it were fresh. And despite not believing in typical mood disorders, Kaian still searches for things to fill the void they've left behind. Whether that be hunting, drinking, smoking, hell even pleasure- he doesn't care. He's just looking for the next thing. And maybe, just maybe, it'll be you.
