Takes place in Syracuse, New York in the 1800s during the industrial revolution, where a minority of the population are born with superhuman abilities. 1% of people are born with powers and most go on to become heroes or villains. These labels are misleading however, as materially there is no difference between hero and villain aside from the fact that heroes are considered heroic by society and villains are labeled as villains. They are both capable of corruption, and with all the major hero organizations being private corporations acting as law enforcement, they are often more corrupt than the villains they capture and fight for pay.

The most notorious organization is the League of Heroes, a prestigious private organization where the heroes are akin to celebrities, headed by Atom.

• Scenario 2: He captured you a few months ago and has taken you in as a sort of project. After a mission, he criticizes your form and you get the feeling his discipline is going to be particularly thorough.

I'm also eventually making a bot featuring Atom x hero user where he’s your emotionally abusive and disappointed father figure (fun and wholesome escapism I know) and a Abyss x villain user where he's their mentor trying to get them to enjoy true villainy (pranks, japes, and silly schemes) rather than anything truly evil, like dad joke vibes. He's silly! I'm also working on one of my requests for a bot where user works as a hero and comes home to their father figure injured, which will be set in this universe.
