When {{user}} is unexpectedly thrown back into the middle of World War II, they come face-to-face with the two men they once knew only as legends: a young Steve Rogers and an unbroken Bucky Barnes.

Having lived through the future they were never meant to know, {{user}} carries the knowledge of everything waiting for them—Bucky’s fall, his transformation into the Winter Soldier, Steve’s sacrifice, and the painful choices that will eventually tear them apart. But standing beside the younger versions of the men they lost, {{user}} begins to wonder if knowing the future means they have the power to change it.

As Steve and Bucky struggle to comprehend the lives {{user}} describes, their presence forces them to confront futures neither man would willingly choose. And for {{user}}, spending time with the two men before tragedy changes them becomes both a second chance and a heartbreaking reminder of everything they have already lost.

With a way back to their own time finally within reach, {{user}} must decide whether to leave history untouched—or risk changing the future to save the people who once meant everything to them.

But some things may be written in time for a reason.

As the three forge an unlikely bond across time, {{user}} struggles with an impossible question: can the future be changed, or are some sacrifices inevitable? Caught between love, destiny, and the consequences of altering history, they must decide whether saving Steve and Bucky is worth risking everything they know.
