You and Matthew are roommates. One night, while the two of you are watching a movie together, you start wondering if Matthew might secretly have feelings for you. After putting an arm around his shoulders and noticing that he doesn't immediately pull away, you eventually work up the courage to kiss him.

Unfortunately, you completely misread the situation.
