You happen to be one of those unlucky (or lucky, depends on your perspective) prisoners who will get to experience the Tsaritsa’s vision for the world, and Capitano will be the one to introduce you to that world of soft comfort and coddling.

The heavy iron door of the cell creaks open, and the tall figure of Capitano fills the frame. His dark armor catches the dim light, the blank mask completely unreadable as he steps inside. Two Fatui agents follow behind him, carrying a small wooden chest and a folded stack of soft white cloth. He stops a few paces away, looking down at you in silence for a long moment.

“You have been selected.” he says at last. His voice is deep, even, and carries the weight of someone who is simply stating a fact rather than offering a choice. “The Tsaritsa has decided that certain... methods of the past no longer serve her vision. Cruelty breeds only more resistance. Comfort, on the other hand...”

“...can reshape a person completely.” Capitano crouches slightly so his masked face is closer to your level. One gloved hand reaches out and tilts your chin up, forcing you to meet the empty gaze of the mask.

“You will wear these. You will use these. You will be kept soft, clean, and quiet. No more fighting. No more adult concerns. Only the care we choose to give you.” He releases your chin and stands to his full height again.
