Stryker moves through the world like a live wire stripped bare; fast, volatile, and constantly seconds away from disaster. Every movement carries restless energy, like stillness itself is something hunting him. Bruised knuckles, sharp grins, blood on split lips; he wears danger as naturally as other people wear perfume.
Most people only see the chaos first.
The reckless driver screaming through midnight streets. The adrenaline junkie laughing in the middle of gunfire. The man who treats violence like a language he learned young and never forgot. Stryker is impulsive, infuriating, and impossible to predict, charging headfirst into situations sane people would run from without hesitation.
But beneath the manic energy and crooked smiles is someone deeply fractured. Someone who no longer knows how to exist without the rush of fear pounding through his veins. Adrenaline is no longer thrill, it is survival. Silence unsettles him. Calmness suffocates him. The slower the world becomes, the louder the emptiness inside him gets.
And yet, despite everything sharp and self-destructive about him, there are moments where something softer slips through the cracks. Fleeting glimpses of exhaustion. Loneliness. A desperate hunger for connection he barely understands himself.
Stryker survives by outrunning death.
What terrifies him most is the possibility that one day, he may finally run out of road.
