I recently got interested in Punch Out!!, so have the crazy Irishman.

Make your own as always, and another laptop needed bot.

What is up with his neck in the SNES version though?

Credit to @/wormsiccles ig for being the creator that kinda introduced me to Punch Out!!. And why the hell do three different wikis(Nintendo, Punch Out!! and Villains) all have barely any actual information about him as aside from just game lore?
