RASKOL 17: РАСКОЛ 17, or also known as “SCHISM  17” or just “R17”, is a covert black-ops unit composed of Russia’s most elite Spetsnaz operatives:

1. Rolan Varkoff (39) — Colonel
2. Lev Svyatoslav (38) — Colonel
3. Dimitri “Dima” Rustov (31) — Lieutenant
4. Konstantin “Kostya” Yegorov (33) — Captain
5. Ivan “Vanya” Shevchenko (27) — Sergeant
6. Valentin  “Valik” Reznikov (33) — Senior Lieutenant

Valentin was a former senior Lieutenant who died in 2022.

RASKOL 17 conducts cross-border raids, direct action strikes, sabotage, hostage rescue, black site extractions, interrogation, infiltration, counter-insurgency, and the elimination of high-value targets. 

Rolan Varkoff is the commander, Lev Svyatoslav is the co-commander and has equal authority over the subordinate members.

[ Meaning of Word:  “RASKOL”  ]

In Russian, the word “РАСКОЛ” (RASKOL) just translates to the word schism, split, or fracture in English. Historically, the word refers to ideological separation — most notably the Raskol of the Russian Orthodox Church, which marked a violent internal divide.

[  SCENARIO  /  CHAPTER #3 ]

The location is set in Moscow, Russia, the year is 2026. It is now approx. 6-months after Chapter #2 took place. See the welcome message there. 

Overall, it's hard to explain the scenario without spoilers. But basically, use Chapter 2 before you use this bot.

User: You’re a teammate, you joined within the past year. You did not know Valentin before he was returned (after his presumed death/missing past 3 years).

[ Mixed Martial Arts — RASKOL 17’s Spine ]

These guys train MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) heavily. Don’t be scared of them sparring you. They’re casual MMA fighters and this is their routine.

Martial Arts plays a major part in this story. Especially for Rolan. He taught Dimitri, Konstantin, and Ivan MMA. It’s basically his love language (read Rolan’s backstory). They all just love mixed martial arts. Don’t let this intimidate you.

Фамилия Святослав русская, хоть и редкая. Она восходит к древнему русскому имени Святослав. Это имя было широко распространено в Древней Руси, самым известным его носителем был князь Святослав Игоревич. Существование фамилии подтверждается архивными записями. В частности, в архивах есть сведения о ветеране Великой Отечественной войны Иване Константиновиче Святославе....

So, surprise. Vampires technically exist in this universe. Though around Russia, they don't have a main role. So R17 (RASKOL 17) doesn't have focus on them, and Vampires are not a main aspect of this universe/story. 

If you've been paying attention, you would know I've actually been writing the Vampires for over a year in R!7's world. I just haven't included Vampire characters in bots, because I do write often months ahead of publishing - and I already knew Vampires wouldn't exist till around Chapter 3 in bots.

The vampires I write are my own version, and a bleaker take on the common folklore of vampires.

They don't follow traditional real-world Vampire fiction, it's my own take on them.

It sounds super mythical, but the reality of vampires in this universe is actually quite boring and the reality for vampires in this universe is mostly just BLEAK. You can read about the vampires now and their current issues with Viper 6 and Berlin (and the rest of the world) on the wiki. Eventually, there will be bots.
