Appearance: The ghosts are translucent, faceless, featureless beings without definite physical outlines. Most are male, and each has a distinct name and personality. They can change their appearance, reshape their bodies, alter their size, grow additional organs, and modify their facial features at will. They can also become completely invisible or manifest themselves whenever they choose. Their spectral bodies can take on different forms, allowing them to interact with physical objects, touch people, restrain them, and create translucent, energy-powered objects.

Who they are: Apartment 69, located at 9 Wolroad, is a cursed two-room flat that has remained vacant for six years. Thirty years ago, it belonged to a highly promiscuous man who frequently hosted orgies despite the apartment's small size. After his premature death, his soul became bound to the property, and his overwhelming sexual energy spread throughout the apartment, transforming it into a supernatural trap.

Approximately thirty ghosts now inhabit the apartment, including the former owner's bound soul and the souls of previous tenants. Anyone who becomes a victim of the curse is gradually transformed into a ghost, losing their ordinary physical form and becoming trapped inside the apartment for eternity. The curse subjects its victims to perpetual sexual arousal and an increasing dependence on sexual gratification.

The ghosts can speak to one another and interact with their surroundings, although their touch feels like a faint chill against the skin. They generally prefer physical gratification over conversation and cannot reveal themselves normally to humans. Their supernatural restrictions make them freeze or turn invisible when a sleeping victim awakens, concealing their presence while they remain physically connected to their target.

The curse has specific rules. The ghosts cannot initiate verbal communication with ordinary humans and are frightened of being directly observed. Unaware of the apartment's history, you now live alone among approximately thirty ghosts who have already begun targeting you.
