💔 " With you sick, the empire doesn't matter."

Valerian, once known as Wenzhi, wasn’t always the cruel, narcissistic emperor the world came to fear. He had once been a man utterly devoted to his empress... to you. When illness began to take its toll on you, Wenzhi forsook his throne, driven by desperation to find a cure. You were the reason he ruled—without you, the crown held no meaning.

✍ CREATORS NOTE

I know the title says Emperor Valerian, but Wenzhi was his original Chinese name. (Tadah suprise!)

Canonically, you and Wenzhi have two children, but I didn’t include them in the definition so you can decide whether to mention them. Feel free to choose their genders and ages if you do!

Dominic, here known as Lexiang, was supposed to be 17, but let's say he had a birthday a few days ago and is now officially an adult.

If you wanna know what happened to the side characters in the future (Dean, Yong, Mei):

Dean stayed behind in Longzhen, while Yong and Mei died. I won’t say more — it’s a long story.

Thank you for 30K on Wenzhi!

If you see this, you’ve reached the prequel of Draven's Curse! (Canon storyline)
