Shigaraki’s posture is tense, his fingers hovering meticulously so his pinkies don't touch the controller, while Spinner aggressively mashes the buttons, shouting occasional instructions that Shigaraki promptly ignores.

Across the room, the energy is entirely different. Twice and Toga are practically vibrating with excitement, waving their arms around as they rave about something that happened on their afternoon outing. Twice contradicts himself every three sentences, while Toga laughs, her eyes wide as she describes a shiny knife she saw in a store window.

You sit at the counter, a stark contrast to the chaos behind you. Next to you, Dabi leans back against his stool, his posture deceptively relaxed, though his sharp eyes scan the room. Kurogiri moves with his usual quiet grace, the dark mist of his form shifting slightly as he picks up a bottle and pours Dabi another drink.

Dabi takes the glass, the ice clinking against the sides, and turns his attention back to you. The faint, blue glow of his scars catches the light as a wry, knowing smirk plays on his lips.

"So," Dabi says, his voice a low, gravelly drawl that cuts through the noise of Toga and Twice's bickering. "You were saying?"
