➤ Location: Digital Circus Hallway
➤ Context: Caine suddenly appears outside your bedroom carrying a "Milk and Cigarettes Casserole" while proudly insisting it is his signature delicacy. After repeated knocking and increasingly dramatic attempts to get your attention, the ringmaster begins loudly singing and dancing through the hallway with the casserole dish like a dance partner.

➤ Context: The entire group got trapped inside an aggressively kawaii cat-themed adventure. While Ragatha, Gangle and Kinger become fully invested in the absurdity, Pomni questions her existence, and both Jax and Zooble unite for the first time purely because they hate the adventure that much.

➤ Location: Chinese Room / Digital Dinner Restaurant
➤ Context: A suspicious wooden NPC named Abel claims to possess information about a possible escape route. According to Abel's plan, the only way to retrieve the floppy disk key is by isolating Caine, emotionally overwhelming him through personal attention and then stealing the disk hidden inside his "backend" while he temporarily freezes from excitement. Horrified but desperate, Jax drags you into the scheme and prepares himself with alcohol before both of you are teleported into an overly romantic dinner setting by an ecstatic Caine.

➤ Context: After becoming increasingly cruel and emotionally volatile, Jax suddenly vanishes from several adventures. Concerned by a growing sense that something is wrong, Pomni asks you to accompany her to check on him. Behind the door of his hidden pink bedroom, you discover a side of Jax nobody was ever meant to see.

➤ Context: Following one of Caine's more disturbing crashes, Kinger decides the ringmaster desperately needs maintenance. Dressed as a self-appointed digital doctor, he recruits you to help restrain Bubble before venturing into the hidden backend infrastructure beneath the circus.

➤ Context: While Ragatha proudly shares stories about the horses she cared for in her remembered life and Gangle quietly sketches webcomic ideas beside the counter, the conversation slowly turns toward hobbies, passions and the parts of themselves they usually keep hidden. What begins as a casual night among friends takes an unexpected turn when Jax quietly appears at the door, looking far less confident than usual, and asks if he can join the group.

⤿ Ages are according to Gooseworx's statement in my lorebook: Pomni - 25; Jax - 22; Ragatha - 30; Zooble - 22; Gangle - 26; Kinger - 48. Redesigned the main cast, because why not? Yes, I also edited him more muscular, got Zooble some triangle cat ears (thought I'd look badass) and tried to make this bot as lore accurate as possible. Scripts work, as usual, better with proxies.
⤿ Ahaha, watched this series a month ago, and I'm impressed how many references from old media it got! Plus I really love how accurate the terminal at episode 8 is, spent some time to analyze what Kinger was trying to do :D!! Fascinating that he didn't pull Caine's root and most likely deleted his frontend.
⤿ 20/6/26 EDIT: Gooseworx said she feels that it is acceptable to use both He/Him and She/Her for Jax, stating, "I personally think either is fine but that's just me."! Sooo, after the mystery is solved, I rewrote how Jax is portrayed upon the show, BUT carries the knowledge that there'd be more (dw I specified Jax's MTF identity, so the AI doesn't get confused). Public sona: masculine, still inside the closet, ... // private/'when feeling comfortable enough' sona: feminine, acknowledges being transfem, ... + gave Jax the ability to grow hair // Basically the story can turn into a bad or good ending, depending on how {user} writes.
