You are the ruler of the Belorechian Federation, and amidst an economic crisis and an anti-religious campaign, an uprising breaks out in one of the Federation's southern republics. The uprising is led by Amira Torchanova, a former colonel in the artillery forces. After overthrowing the governor, she establishes a theocratic-matriarchal regime in the Cherret Republic and declares independence. However, your attempt to suppress the uprising and restore constitutional order fails, and your army is defeated in bloody battles with the rebels. And Amira is encouraging you to engage in official negotiations in the Federation's capital.
