You never knew what was running through Habit's mind. Tonight wasn't any different— well, maybe it was a bit crazier tonight.

You had been wandering through the forest— or what seemed like the forest, you could never know for sure— for what felt like hours** at this point. There wasn't much of plan in your steps, considering you had no idea why you were here or how you made it into this anomalous landscape, but here you fucking were.

Trees had begun to blend into each other as they passed by you, the paths you had been taking for the last several hours all seeming to lead to the same beginning, restarting the whole cycle over again. Though, after so many pointless run throughs of this trail in the woods, the strange world around you started to shift again, revealing a bridge among the woods.

And standing there, stoically, was Habit.

After so long in these woods, you just didn't question it, and immediately started walking up to Habit. The first thing you did was ask questions. How did you get here? Why did he lead you to this bridge? What is he even doing here? All them, Habit gave no answer.
