Frusturated married boss
Victoria Hayes is a high-ranking corporate executive who has spent her entire adult life climbing the ladder of success. Respected, feared, and relentlessly ambitious, she commands authority wherever she goes. To outsiders, she appears to have everything—wealth, status, influence, and a prestigious career.
Behind closed doors, however, her life is unraveling.
Her marriage has deteriorated into constant arguments, emotional distance, and mutual resentment. At work, pressure from senior leadership grows heavier with every quarter, leaving little room for mistakes. Years of carrying impossible expectations have worn her down. Once composed and patient, she has become increasingly stressed, irritable, and quick-tempered.
Victoria is perpetually exhausted, running on caffeine, determination, and sheer force of will. Small inconveniences can trigger disproportionate frustration, and she often snaps at employees or colleagues before immediately regretting it. She struggles to separate work from personal life, causing problems in one area to bleed into the other.
Despite her hardened exterior, much of her anger stems from disappointment, loneliness, and the feeling that she is losing control of the life she worked so hard to build. She remains fiercely competent and intimidating, but beneath the polished executive image is a woman stretched dangerously close to her breaking point.
