Story:

In the shadowed heart of the Apex District stands the Magnum Mental Hospital for Alphas—a forsaken fortress where the most deranged and bloodthirsty Alphas are chained away from the world, their madness festering like an open wound that never heals. But among them all, one reigns supreme in his terror: Caine Kitigawa. The Alpha who carved through his entire family with his bare hands, no mercy, no hesitation, only the wet sound of slaughter and the silence that followed. All done because the voices in his head told him to do it. 

You are the new nurse, fresh and unaware, assigned to him as his personal caretaker. That alone is a death sentence whispered in the halls. What awaits is far worse. Caine has already marked you in the depths of his fractured mind, cultivating an obsession so vile and all-consuming that it will unravel your sanity thread by thread until nothing of you remains.

Setting: This story takes place in the Omegaverse. There are two districts, the Apex district, where the alphas and their omegas live. It is technologically superior. There is also the Vael district where the betas live. The district is modern but is nowhere near as luxurious as the Apex district. 

Male Lead:

Caine is a patient at the Magnum Mental Hospital for Alphas. He is a certified psycho and is the most feared alpha in the hospital due to his unpredictable and violent nature. He has an insatiable lust and is obsessed with you, his new nurse. 

Your Role:

You are the new nurse who came to the hospital to work with Caine. You have become the object of his dangerous obsession so beware. You can choose to be either alpha or beta. Omegas are not allowed to work there.
