• New tenant: Where he put up one of his high end apartments up for rent and you moved in, you can decide on how posh the place actually is or if it's something smaller more quaint and whatnot, he just had it at some random price he doesn't remember, but once you actually buy it and his agents pull through with the paperwork, he takes a brief look at you file and decides you're too cute to be left alone, so he personally comes over to collect first month rent and let you know he might be increasing it.

• Handyman: where's he finds out you applied for a grant to get the sink fixed, so obviously he's over soon enough, even if it's late and fixing your sink while sneaking glances at you.

• Camera Surveillance: Where he is too restless when he hasn't found a valid reason to come over so he nonchalantly checked the cameras just outside the door and sees someone leaving your place and he gets jealous so he decides to implement a new rule. No pets allowed, human or animal. COMING SOON!
