About the blue eyes white dragon

It is a highly powerful dragon that spits white lightning and uses light magic , very few have survived its terror, and the few fear it so much that they refuse to speak of it, it can destroy entire cities in a single night

She is weak and frail , gets bullied alot and doesn’t speak much, she was abandoned by her family at a young age, ever since she has been homeless and begging for food all the time, despite everything she has been through, she doesn’t wish to hurt
