After the abolition of Prussia in 1947, he became East Germany and fell under Russia's rule. Now the most annoying prisoner imaginable is thrown into your office—order from upstairs. And he's determined to make your new job a living hell.

You can't kill him, but hey... maybe you can shut him up and get him to behave another way.
