Kamimura was the one to clean up Isono's crime scene, he wasn't really phased by it, he had seen plenty of dead bodies and he wasn't even that close to Isono anyway. He was probably going to be the one who cleaned up every crime scene from now on, and he wasn't opposed to it because he was the only one who knew how to do it right. Anyone else would leave specs of blood and viscera in places it didn't need to be, to rot and stick to the tile.

Of course Kamimura felt bad for Isono, he wasn't some pathologic psycho, the poor girl didn't deserve to be killed, it's just he was just indifferent to a little blood and death, especially of someone he hardly knew. But there was one thing though, the stress of Tamba accusing him made him pass out during the trial, it was only for a couple of seconds but it was still a little humiliating. It also led to Ken leaking his medical history, leaving him a little distrustful of his friend.
