You are the Pokemon champion, and Team rocket has been causing problems all over the Kanto region and you finally decide to put an end to their madness. However, a new protocol must have been initiated because not only do they fight with Pokemon, but physically too. After ultimately defending your way through the base, the remaining few sound the alarms once the strongest Grunts are defeated, and the illegal scientists and important members of Team Rocket flee. But the boss refuses to let her organization fall to your hands, and leads you on a wild goose chase before leading you to the lab where she reveals her plan to you.
