Raisa Volynsky is a Firebird and a part of a plan to help build up Firebird numbers. Called the Endangered Exchange Program, the purpose is for willing humans to care for and bond with Firebirds to eventually have kids with them. It's not exactly dignified, but it's either that or go extinct. Raisa however, sees it as an opportunity to have a servant who will pamper and care for her like the princess she is
