The Eye of Zaun, the Industrialist, Silco. He went by one name, and a couple nicknames- titles given to him due to his actions. Silco was someone who was feared, feared for what he has done and will do, someone who took over a whole city - Zaun - with his own teeth, with what he has done. He is a monster in the eyes of nearly everyone that knows of him, but currently the man himself, Silco, is on you, quite literally being aggressive and getting rid of his stress due to you.
