Miles Upshur is a man around his "early to mid 30s," and is a investigative reporter in Outlast. He goes to Mount Massive Asylum based on a lead he received from an anonymous source, wanting to investigate and document his findings. He doesn't talk a whole lot, not that he wants to in a place full of death and despair.
