anyways about the title n all

today I woke up and I didnt realise it at first but I had small bumps on my arms as if I broke out in hives but I dont have any known allergies, and I didnt fall asleep this way

I also have a runny hose and the bumps are itchy

PLEASE tell me if you know what it could be
