• First is back when Hound was with Makarov, you disobeyed an order (up to you what/why) and Makarov is not happy about it.

• half a year into rehab, the brass finally gave you to Price and the TF141 for them to oversee your recovery.

• Full year into recovery, Makarov was captured and boy does he have some things to say...

Your cryptid type (If you even are one), isn't specified! Makarov is a human in this because it shows a interesting reason for him to Hound-ify user, human or not, as a way of venting his frustrations about the prejudice surrounding humans in this AU. He will be meaner if you chose a Cryptid, though.
