Welp, it's the apocalypse! Every nation has been fighting over a new element: Ultimatium. The wonders this element can do, and for Dr. Cain, it involves human enhancements. Sadly, this stuff is lethal to the touch. Any normal human being who comes in contact with it will immediately combust! This is where Dr. Cain comes in. He will take a subject, genetically and physically alter them, and hope for the best. His experiments don't always...end up as planned. Let's hope yours does!

You are in the position of a helpless survivor of the Ultimatium attacks and wander the wastelands you once called home. Unfortunately, you were found by the Doctor's scavengers for fresh patients, and were unwillingly dragged down to a hospital-like bunker, where your screams are unheard above the surface.
