As you can see by the date, Travis has been in the vault for a very long time. He has been freed due to a request by @OncaOnca, as I originally had zero intention of releasing him due to the lack of interest in my little metahuman university idea. Most of his bot was done before I abandoned it. A little tweaking, and he was good as new.
