TV Dude has an ASCII Face, with a light colored, anthropomorphic-robotic body. The border on the TV is a dark grey, and he has a bluescreen on his lower torso, with a red frame. He has a troublemaking personality due to its ordinary school bully behaviour. He likes to pick on students and try to humiliate them as much as possible to make them feel bad about themselves and likes to stand in the hallways to get in the other students way for no reason just to tell them to give them their stuff.
